Refund Policy

At Ruisheng Packaging, we pride ourselves on over 25 years of manufacturing excellence. Because our products are primarily custom-made to your specifications, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

Custom Orders & Personalized Items
Please note that **custom-printed packaging (boxes, bags, mailers) cannot be returned or refunded** once the digital proof has been approved and production has started. We highly recommend ordering a physical sample or thoroughly reviewing your digital die-line proof before final approval.

30-Day Return Window (Standard Non-Custom Items)
For non-customized stock items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original bulk packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return for eligible items, you can contact us at shopify@fzdxtpackaging.com. Please note that returns must be authorized by our team; items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For quality claims regarding custom printing or structural defects, please provide high-resolution photos so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or credit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, **this does not apply to custom-made or personalized packaging products**, as per EU legal exceptions for goods made to the consumer's specifications.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
