Welcome to Ruishengpackaging! With over 25 years of manufacturing excellence, we provide professional packaging solutions tailored to your brand. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ruishengpackaging. Ruishengpackaging operates this store and website to provide you with a specialized custom packaging experience (the "Services"). 

### SECTION 1 - COMMERCIAL USE & ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that our products are often used for business and commercial purposes. You represent that you have the legal authority to bind your business or entity to these Terms.

### SECTION 2 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS & MANUFACTURING STANDARDS
We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However:
- **Color Variance**: Digital screens differ; we do not guarantee an exact match between your screen and the final printed product unless a physical color proof is approved.
- **Tolerances**: As is standard in the packaging industry, slight variances in dimensions (±2-3mm) and material weight are possible and shall be considered acceptable quality.

### SECTION 3 - ORDERS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
**Customer Designs**: When you provide artwork or logos for custom orders, you warrant that you own the rights to such materials. You grant Ruishengpackaging a limited license to use these designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 
**Order Acceptance**: We reserve the right to decline any order that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Once a custom production run has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

### SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. For large-scale B2B orders, separate formal quotations provided by our sales team will supersede the prices posted on the online store. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

### SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & GLOBAL LOGISTICS
We specialize in global shipping. While we provide estimated lead times, we are not liable for delays caused by international customs, port congestion, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

### SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information regarding your business identity.
