Step 1 - Share Your Requirements
Tell us your product dimensions, quantity, material preference, and any design references.
Step 2 - Receive a Structural Dieline
Our design team will prepare a structural dieline (PDF/AI) within 2-3 business days for your review.
Step 3 - Approve Artwork & Sample
Once the dieline is approved, we produce a physical pre-production sample. Sample lead time: 5-7 working days.
Step 4 - Bulk Production
After sample approval, full production begins. Standard lead time: 15-20 working days.
File Requirements: AI / PDF / CDR format & 300 DPI minimum & Include 3mm bleed & Pantone codes for spot colors

- Sea freight (FCL/LCL) - most cost-effective for large orders
- Air freight - for time-sensitive or smaller shipments

Destinations: We ship globally. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. FOB, CIF, and DDP terms available.
Can the MOQ be lowered?
MOQ starts at 500 pcs for most products. For some standard items, lower quantities may be possible - please contact us to discuss.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. Standard samples are available for a sample fee (refunded on first bulk order). Fully custom samples are charged at cost.
Can I use my own design?
Absolutely. We accept AI, PDF, and CDR files. Our design team can also assist with artwork preparation at no additional charge.
What if the color doesn't match?
We provide a pre-production sample for color approval before bulk production. Pantone matching is available for all orders.
Is there a setup or tooling fee?
Die-cutting tooling fees may apply for custom shapes and are quoted on a per-project basis. Standard shapes have no tooling fee.
