▶ Reverse UV & Reverse Laser UV

Application: Cosmetic packaging, cultural and creative products
Common Features: Achieved through reverse vanishing technology. The base color is printed first, followed by spot UV coating. After drying, a contrast between light and dark is formed. Laser UV transfers a special film with laser effects onto the product surface for maximum visual impact.
Core Advantages: Spot vanishing creates a strong contrast between the matte base and glossy patterns. Reverse Laser UV presents colorful reflections that change with the angle, making it naturally eye-catching.
▶ Patterned Spot UV

Application: Cultural products, personalized creative items
Process Features: Uses a reverse workflow of "print UV first, then patterns." The UV layer serves as a base support, giving patterns more gloss and depth. Ideal for niche artistic designs.
Advantages: The UV layer beneath the pattern creates an invisible priming effect, highlighting the pattern's 3D feel and layering. It has a slight raised feel to the touch, offering a subtle and understated texture.
▶ Silk Screen 100 Mesh

Application: Large patterns, large-format printing
Process Features: Uses a 100-mesh coarse screen. The ink tends to accumulate, creating a slightly raised tactile feel. Suitable for heavy textures and strong visuals; not recommended for fine details.
Advantages: Large mesh holes lead to a thick ink layer with excellent coverage and high color saturation, providing strong visual impact. It is abrasion-resistant, colorfast, and durable for outdoor use.
Comparison: Low mesh count = coarse sieve. Larger holes leak more ink, resulting in coarser patterns.
▶ Silk Screen 300 Mesh

Application: Smooth surfaces, fine patterns
Process Features: The 300-mesh screen controls ink volume, preventing accumulation and bleeding. Ideal for scenarios requiring both texture and detail. It is the preferred UV process for fine printing.
Advantages: Fine mesh allows for uniform and thin ink layers, providing high precision. Pattern edges are sharp without blurring, accurately reproducing small fonts and complex patterns.
Comparison: High mesh count = fine sieve. Smaller holes leak less ink, resulting in more exquisite patterns.

Application: Hardcover catalogs, premium gift boxes
Process Features: Uniformly vanishes the entire surface without missing spots or color deviation. Fast drying speed makes it suitable for mass production, quickly elevating the product's overall quality.
Advantages: Full coverage of UV oil provides uniform and full gloss, making colors brighter. It also offers protection against abrasion, scratches, and dirt, extending product life.
▶ Selection Advice & Pitfall Prevention
Selection Advice:
- For high-end contrast → Choose Reverse UV
- For colorful effects → Go for Reverse Laser UV
- For large area heavy texture → Silk Screen 100 Mesh
- For fine text/patterns → Silk Screen 300 Mesh
- For full-page gloss & scratch resistance → Full-Page UV
- For creative layering → Patterned Spot UV
Pitfall Prevention:
- Don't use 100-mesh silk screen for small text; it may blur and lose detail.
- Reverse UV is not suitable for large areas, as the contrast effect weakens.
- For Full-Page UV, ensure compatibility with lamination to avoid peeling.
